Groups
Groups bring related topic lines together and keep large roadmaps readable.
The group line can be folded to show a compact summary, then opened again whenever the underlying work needs to be reviewed.
Create a group
- Switch to the Per Topic view.
- Select the topic lines you want to combine.
- Right-click one of the selected topic lines.
- Select Group.
The Editor creates a group line above the selected topics. Click its folder icon to fold or unfold the group.

The example below groups several topic lines, then folds and unfolds the group to switch between a compact overview and its detailed contents.
When to use groups
Use groups when several topics belong to the same feature, production phase, department, or delivery area.
Tip
When a group is folded, its group line displays a combined summary of every block contained in the group.
