Assign people
In Per Topic, right-click a block and choose Assign to…, then select a person from one of the block’s teams.
In Per People, move a block from Not assigned yet onto a person’s line. Vertical movement changes the assignment; horizontal movement changes dates.
People marked unavailable for the block period appear disabled in the assignment menu. ProdRoads prevents work from being assigned over unavailable time.

See it in action
The example below assigns a block from Per Topic using Assign to…, then verifies the assignment in Per People. At the end, another block is assigned directly from the Per People view.
Availability
A disabled person cannot receive work during an unavailable period. Adjust the dates or choose another person.
